Meet me
Hello! I'm Niamh (pronounced neve) :)
I have a background in dietetics and horticulture, and have always been interested in health and wellbeing.
I found yoga simply wanting to try something new, not realising how deeply it would impact my life. What began as a physical practice soon became something much more, offering a fresh perspective and a way to ease the stress and pace of everyday life.
Yoga has given me a sense of grounding and nourishment that I hadn’t experienced elsewhere. I gravitate towards a stronger practice, but also appreciate the gentler ones every now and then.
I’m passionate about creating thoughtful, welcoming classes that support students in finding balance, strength, and calm. I aim to share yoga in a way that feels genuine, uplifting, and accessible—offering a space where you can arrive as you are and leave feeling a little more connected.
